Reservations are confirmed only after receiving advance payment (20% of total booking amount).

The management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

during their stay.

7. Force Majeure
The property is not responsible for disruptions or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its
control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations).

Guest information will be collected solely for booking and operational purposes and will not be shared with
third parties without consent.
10. Management Rights
The management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who violates these terms or behaves
